Selwyn and Mechie

Trying to get start posting weddings on my blog again. I realized this blog was neglected after I started using facebook. And I know why, because the reason why I used to blog more was because it’s like an outlet for me to say something, anything. Now that facebook made it so easy for a single sentence rant, the blog doesn’t appeal that much anymore. But when it comes to sharing images, I still like it my way, through here. Let’s hope this time I really can keep up with what I set out to do:)

The wedding was a very simple affair. Small and lots of smiley faces. One of those weddings that reminds me again that the people make the wedding. Those that make you smile behind the camera.

Reading instructions on how to wear the gown on her iphone. Technology rocks.

Both dads having a mirror moment.

No cutting of fake cakes. But it’s ok as a decorative piece:)

The bouquet pass.

got sun, got rain, got balloon.

Then the rain came loh. We have 2 umbrellas and alot of balloons. Obviously I need one umbrella mah, so they have to fight it out loh. And it’s one of those typical, got sun, got rain kind of weather. Today, singlish rules!

Balloons!

Really big ones! We had a bunch which I tied it to my camera bag and it was threatening to bring it to heaven. One of those chillax weddings that I can wake up at 9, roll over every corner of the bed, sofa, living room and still be at the venue at 11.

Leg nudge

Something random from the wedding I attended last night. My army friend did nudge my legs a few times whenever this rather sexy looking girl walked past our table. I guess that’s the perks you get when you are seated next to the entrance. Somehow, we were always seated at the last tables furthest from the stage in all the weddings of our army friends. It had to do with our “fantastic” performance during our battalion anniversary dinner in our active days. I’ll just say we’re so close to getting restrained by security guards in the hotel. 20 year olds with alot of free alcohol. How time flies.

Once in a blue moon post.

Been really busy with stuff since I came back from Sydney. Now that the dust has settled (well, not really), I hope I can resume posting again. Alrite, going to run some errands and attend a wedding tonight (finally!!) 😀

This was a test shot that went completely out of focus. But I like it alot.

And the wind is real, not the flipping type:D

Ah… pardon the eyelash. I haven’t thought of how to mask it. But somehow, I like it like that. Keeping it real.

Oh… they requested I do something like that because that’s “how things got started”. The “accidental touch” under the table during a wedding dinner. Sadly, tonight’s wedding dinner, I’ll be seated with my army buddies, so no, I’m not going to touch anyone’s legs.

The last shot before the light’s battery went dead. So it’s a wrap:)
