I had a damn good day today. So good it’ll spill over to next year! muahahahaha!!:D
I was listening to this song and decided to search for it’s video online. When I was younger, I’ve heard friends telling me that this is a tear jerker of a movie. Will try to find it once rush hour is over. For now, this tune is rocking my car radio!:D
Earlier today, when I was running some errands, I came across this CD shop near Parkway and decided to browse through some of it’s oldies collection. There were alot of CDs with titles like “Polygram greatest oldies vol. 1″ etc. I picked one up and started browsing through the titles.
Jacky Cheung, Sally Yeh, Faye Wong and Andy Lau are among the artistes categorized under oldies!!! For a moment, I felt a beard growing.
Anyway, I picked up some CDs, which was surprisingly cheap (3 for 7 dollars!!). Ok, they look very original to me and I wasn’t given the black carrier:)
Now I have the chinese movie oldies blasting through my speakers. This is retro!:D After the december rush hour, I’m going to buy all the Jin Yong series!! So good so good!!:D
During the trip, I met up with Darren and Peng Tzee for dinner at Cottesloe. We had our dinner at a restaurant by the beach which has an amazing view of the sunset. The day I was leaving, I was invited to their place to check out Jerzy (they know I love dogs!)!! Jerzy is 7 years old, but she sure packs a punch for a lady this age:D I suspect she knows kung fu too.
During the last day of our trip, Peng brought me around Perth abit and managed to find some time to take some pictures of Jerzy. She’s so charming! I tend to think, dogs love me:D
I have to say, I’ve been working so so hard, but yet feeling so so happy this entire week. Doesn’t even feel like I’m working at all. An amazing trip to Perth changed so much in me. I’m lovin’ every minute of what I see now. Thank you Jesh.
Perth is a beautiful place. I took a little break from editing to check out some of the images I took. Didn’t go many places, but felt like I’ve been there for a long time. Here are 2 images from the trip.
It’s a beautiful rainy day out there. I wish I could sleep in a little more. But I know I’ve got so much to do. Although this week is going to be one that’s going to be physically taxing, so much wedding party-ing to do. It’s always a party when you feel good about it. I’m feeling so so fine!:D
The heart that is free always feels lighter. Always.
And a very big thank you to the people that I’ve met on this weekend’s wedding:D
That said, I dreamt of the OTO leg massager last night when I concussed on the couch (with instant noodles hanging out of my mouth:P). My legs definitely need some love.
Just reached home after five amazing days in Perth attending Jesh’s workshop. It’s one workshop that cannot be explained, but experienced. To Jesh and the rest of the participants, thank you so much for being there. It’s been a truly wonderful experience that I’ll never forget.
To Peng and Darren, thank you for your hospitality. I really hope to see you guys soon.
Now, unpack, recharge and I’m ready for the weekend
